Dr. Ron Kulik, D.C.
Dr. Kulik's connection to chiropractic care is deeply personal. He began receiving adjustments at age 7, and after a serious leg injury, it was chiropractic that returned him to pain-free running and set the course for his career. That firsthand understanding of what it feels like to be sidelined, and what it means to heal, shapes how he approaches every patient he sees.
A collegiate cross country and track athlete at Virginia Tech, where he studied biology, nutrition and exercise science, Dr. Kulik later earned his chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. He has spent nearly four decades caring for multiple generations of families in the Reston area, and his patients consistently describe him as thorough, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. He has also coached high school cross-country and track, as well as an adult marathon program, for 25 years.

Dr. Neil McLaughlin, D.C., C.C.S.P.
Dr. McLaughlin grew up in an active, health-focused household and went on to run track and cross country at St. John's University, where he studied Biology and Pre-Med. It was chiropractic care that finally resolved the chronic running injuries that had plagued him throughout his athletic career, and that experience gave him a clear sense of purpose for his own practice.
After completing his chiropractic degree and earning his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician credential, he co-founded Commonwealth Chiropractic Center of Reston PC alongside Dr. Kulik. Dr. McLaughlin is known for his calm, communicative approach and his genuine investment in the local community, where he continues to volunteer and coach many sports from football, soccer, basketball, and lacrosse, and also serves on three boards supporting these programs.

Dr. Amanda Ngui-Yen, D.C.
Dr. Ngui-Yen brings a beautifully integrated perspective to patient care, one that honors both Western medical science and Eastern healing traditions. She believes that true wellness goes beyond treating symptoms, and her work reflects that belief in every appointment. Patients often describe her as warm, attentive, and remarkably thorough.
She earned her Biology degree and her Doctor of Chiropractic with Honors, and she's trained extensively across a wide range of therapeutic techniques. Whether you're coming in for a chiropractic adjustment, looking for relief through dry needling, or curious about how nutrition might play a role in how you feel, Dr. Ngui-Yen will meet you where you are. And she'll help you build a plan that makes sense for your life.

Here, you'll never be locked into a long-term contract or pressured to commit to more care than you're comfortable with. Our approach is simple. We start by helping you through the acute phase to ease discomfort. Then, if needed, we move into a corrective phase. After that, it's up to you if and when you'd like to continue.
During your first visit, our front desk team will review your insurance coverage, walk you through the expected costs, and ensure you know exactly what to expect. We participate with most major insurance providers and Medicare, and we're always happy to answer questions before you schedule.
