Dry Needling

A thin, flexible, sterile needle used to diagnose and release myofascial trigger points (aka “muscle knots”), muscle spasms, muscle strains and dysfunctional connective tissue. This is an effective treatment to decrease neurological and musculoskeletal pain, re-educate the neuromuscular system and restore proper joint and soft tissue function.

Graston Technique

Instrument assisted soft tissue technique used to treat scar tissue and fascial restrictions that build up overtime from repetitive strain and/or various injuries. Utilized to eliminate pain and restore normal joint and muscle function. Helps achieve faster outcomes in acute, chronic and post-surgical conditions. Read more about the Graston Technique

Cupping

Surface suction utilized in the various areas of the body to increases blood flow, decompress muscle spasm, loosen tight connective tissue and fascia, release stagnant toxins and reduce swelling and pain.

Myofascial Release

A hands on technique used to manually stretch and release taut bands of soft tissue and myofascial trigger points (aka “muscle knots”). Helps reduce tension and pain while facilitating proper range of motion.

Kinesiotaping Taping

A specific athletic tape used to structurally support and stabilize the muscle and joint without restricting the body’s natural range of motion. The tape can alleviate pain and inflammation, facilitate lymphatic drainage, and enhance performance during the natural healing process.
